Welcome to Bharatpreneurs, an initiative started by the NPO Shramidhi Foundation and run and executed by HBF Direct Limited. By accessing or using our website and application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

The content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, are owned by Bharatpreneurs, NPO Shramidhi Foundation, and HBF Direct Limited, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. 6. User Content

You may post, upload, or otherwise make available content through the Platform (referred to as "User Content"). You retain ownership of any rights you may have in your User Content, but you grant Bharatpreneurs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content in any media.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
• Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Engage in any activity that exploits, harms, or attempts to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, junk mail, or other forms of solicitation.
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Bharatpreneurs, a Bharatpreneurs employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Bharatpreneurs. Bharatpreneurs has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Bharatpreneurs makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Platform. 10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bharatpreneurs, NPO Shramidhi Foundation, HBF Direct Limited, or their directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bharatpreneurs, NPO Shramidhi Foundation, HBF Direct Limited, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes related thereto will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India, for the purpose of litigating all such disputes.

13. Termination

Bharatpreneurs reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of the Platform, with or without notice and with or without cause.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bharatpreneurs regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
